Ghost Ride, absolutely no competition. Venom's just an acrobatic, physically enhanced regular old dude with webbing and dental issues. The Ghost Rider is of the Royal Fireguard, commanding the powers of the hellfires themselves. Even if Venom could compete with Ghost Rider physically (Which he couldn't- Johnny Blaze, with 1/10 the Ghost Rider's power, challenged WWH.), then Venom still wouldn't have any defense against the soul scorching Hellfire blasts. A bad guy like Venom would drop in one lil' spark.

I forgot that last time Ghost Rider did that Soul Pentance, he got K.O.ed.

Blaze and Ketch are a lot stronger now
